General Conditions

The lessee acknowledges that the vehicle is in good general working order with all its accessories and documents, and undertakes to return it to the lessor in an identical state, at the place and date indicated in the contract. Failure to return the vehicle on the scheduled date may be considered a breach of trust exposing the lessee to legal proceedings at the court of first instance of AL HOCEIMA.

The lessee will return all relevant registration documents to the lessor upon return of the car. Otherwise, the rental will continue to be billed at the initial price until a certificate of loss is produced and duplicate fees are paid.

1. The contract is personal and non-transferable. 2. Participation in rallies or competitions is prohibited. 3. Exclusive use on paved roads (tracks prohibited). 4. Vehicle modifications prohibited. 5. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. 6. Paid transport of persons and leaving Moroccan territory are prohibited. 7. Beyond two hours of delay during return, an additional full day will be charged.

The lessee undertakes to pay the costs of time, mileage, fuel, and insurance. In case of late payment, a legal penalty of 20% of the sums due will be applied as a penal clause. Payment is due upon delivery of the vehicle.

Normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the lessor. Damage due to negligence or accident is the responsibility of the lessee. Outside of AL HOCEIMA, repairs must be authorized by the lessor and carried out by an official agent of the brand.

Insurance includes third-party liability. Theft and fire are covered subject to the return of keys and documents. Personal items are NOT covered. Guarantees are excluded if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Any claim must be declared within 48 hours with a police report.

The lessor reserves the right to terminate the rental at any time or refuse extension without justification, by refunding unused days.

In case of dispute, only the court of first instance of AL HOCEIMA is competent.
